ARZUM ELEKTRIKLI EV ALETLERI SANAYI VE TICARET Mediterra Capital Partners I, LP, managed by Mediterra Private Equity, agreed to acquire 49% stake in Arzum Elektrikli Ev Aletleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. from Ashmore Funds, a fund of Ashmore Investment Management Limited on November 18, 2013. 3U Finance and Raiffeisen Investment acted as the sell-side financial advisors to Ashmore Funds on the transaction.
