Rosario Chirico leaves the board of auditors of Arterra Bioscience

(Alliance News) - Arterra Bioscience Spa announced Tuesday that the chairman of the board of statutory auditors, Rosario Chirico, has resigned effective the next shareholders' meeting to approve the 2022 accounts.

Chirico, who does not hold any shares in the soceity, is leaving to finish freelancing and will not be entitled to severance pay.

Arterra Bioscience's stock Tuesday ended up 0.9 percent at EUR2.32 per share.
