RESIGNATION - COMPANY SECRETARY

Miss Nkosilothando Ncube

Ariston Holdings Limited would like to advise stakeholders that Miss Nkosilothando Ncube has resigned from the position of Company Secretary of Ariston Holdings Limited, with effect from 30 June 2024. Nkosilothando has been with the Group for five years and was appointed Company Secretary on 8 September 2022. She is leaving the Group for career advancement opportunities.

The Board expresses profound gratitude to Nkosilothando for her valuable contribution to the Group and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

APPOINTMENT - COMPANY SECRETARY

Mrs Anesu Museta

The Board of Directors of Ariston Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Anesu Museta as Company Secretary effective 1 July 2024. The appointment is in line with the provisions of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31) and Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listing rules (Statutory Instrument 134 of 2019).

Anesu who is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe), holds amongst other qualifications, a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa. She has over 14 years' experience in the agriculture and mining sectors.

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff congratulate Anesu on her appointment and wish her success in her new role.
