Exterran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EXH) ("Exterran") announced today that its redemption of all $143.75 million principal amount outstanding of its 4.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2014 has been completed. The notes were redeemed at a price of 100.00% of the principal amount thereof plus unpaid accrued interest to but excluding Jan. 15, 2013 pursuant to a notice of redemption issued on Dec. 20, 2012 in accordance with the indenture governing the notes. Exterran used available funds from its credit facility to redeem the notes.
