Aqua Corporation Public Company Limited announced that Mrs. Podchanee Phaosavasdi has resigned from the position of Independent Director and Audit Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee due to an increase in other business, and then she cannot perform her duty efficiently. Therefore request the resignation to the Company. The resignation has been effective from May 31, 2020 onward.
