Applegreen And Valero Reportedly In Line For Esso Fuel Terminal Stake

Topaz Energy Group Limited is required by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission orders' to sell 50% stake in a fuel terminal in Dublin Port as a condition to buy Topaz Bull Fuels Limited (Esso Ireland Limited). Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO), owner of the other 50% stake in fuel terminal in Dublin is reportedly keen to buy the remaining stake. Applegreen Plc (AIM:APGN) is also said to be interested in buying the 50% stake.
