Notice under Section 708A of Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ("Act")

This notice is given by Anteo Diagnostics Limted ("ADO") under sections 708A(5)(e) and 708A(6) of the Act.

Further to the announcement made by ADO on 6 January 2016, ADO has issued 82,742,554 shares on 11th January 2016 at 7.5 cents per share to investors without disclosure pursuant to section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ("Act").

Accordingly, ADO gives this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act, that:

1. The Shares are part of a class or ordinary shares quoted on ASX;

2. The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

3. As at the date of this notice, ADO has complied with:

4. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to ADO; and

5. section 674 of the Act.

6. As date the date of this notice, there is no excluded information, of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act, which is required to be disclosed by ADO.
