Li Dehua, Bi Guirong and Liu Jiyuan signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 30% stake in Xinjiang Zhongtai Haihua Agricultural Investment Co., Ltd. from Anhui Huamao Textile Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000850) for CNY 0 on April 21, 2020. Li Dehua, Bi Guirong and Liu Jiyuan will acquire 10% stake respectively.
