Amit Spinning Industries Limited announced that Mahaveer Bhandari, Independent Director of the company has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons with effective from 14 February 2020. Consequent to the resignation he ceased to be a director of the Company and member of Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
