YEADON KINGS MOVE TO ATLANTIC CITY

Indianapolis, IN.

The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Yeadon Kings have been moved to Atlantic City, NJ and will known as the Atlantic City Seagulls. 'We have long wanted to have a team in Atlantic City,' stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. It is a great sports and entertainment city and we believe the residents and many visitors will be very excited to have the team there.'

The team is owned by Darren 'Slim' Akers, owner and CEO of Dead Poetz Society, LLC, an entertainment and sports marketing/consulting firm based in Philadelphia and was former co-owner of the ABA Camden Monarchs. 'I decided to move the team to Atlantic City because it looked like the right move,' added Akers. 'Yeadon is beautiful town and I'm sure the

people of Yeadon would have appreciated the Kings but I just see a bigger stage for the players and more opportunity to continue a legacy and give this beautiful city something else to be proud of.'

Lenny Cooke has been retained as the General Manager, a search for a coach is underway and tryout will be announced shortly.
