Amcorp Properties Berhad Appoints Mr. Lum Sing Fai as Non Independent and Non Executive Director

Amcorp Properties Berhad announced the appointment of Mr. Lum Sing Fai as Non Independent and Non Executive director. The date of change is November 13, 2018. Mr. Lum Sing Fai has over 30 years of extensive experience in the banking and financial industry. He is the Managing Director of Capital Markets in Amcorp Group Berhad. Prior to joining Amcorp, he was with Southern Bank Berhad from 1987 to 1994 working in various capacities from operations to corporate banking. He was the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad and Director of ECM Libra Investment Bank Berhad from 2008 till 2013 and 2012 respectively.
