MILPITAS, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 30, 2015) - AmbiCom Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: ABHI) today confirmed that its partner in the consumer market is seeing strong market acceptance and is projecting strong revenue growth for the AmbiCom Active Optimization product. The Active Optimization application is sold through an OEM relationship with PC Drivers Headquarters (DHQ) of Austin, TX.

The AmbiCom offering is an automated tuning service available to consumers using Microsoft based PCs. The application evaluates the PC functions and the resources available to it, and then automatically adjusts the manufacturer supplied settings to improve performance and the end user experience. Significant reductions in boot times, increases in disc I/O and network utilization as well as overall speed of application performance are all results that have been delivered to customers downloading the application.

Based in Austin, Texas, privately held DHQ is the leading provider of automated support products that update and maintain the complex list of drivers on home PC products. DHQ has been in business for over 20 years and has over 4 million active users. AmbiCom and DHQ have jointly developed the integration of the Veloxum application in to the current DHQ offering. This will add the capability of Active Optimization to the current offering of Driver Headquarters.

This joint venture with DHQ will give AmbiCom access to the global installed base of over 2,300,000,000 Personal Computers and grants access to a market valued at almost $69 billion (Gartner Research).

"We are very excited about the positive response shown for Active Optimization by our customers. During the coming third quarter we are projecting increased demand and greater financial growth. Everything is very positive," states Michael Hurd, Chief Executive Officer of PC Drivers Headquarters.

"We believe every PC can benefit from tuning, and our Active Optimization delivers that benefit quickly and effortlessly. Our partner, DHQ, understands the consumer market and has created a platform that delivers Active Optimization to the consumer marketplace," states Kevin Cornell, President of AmbiCom.
