Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 29, 2021 FREYR and Alussa issued a joint press release announcing that they expect to close their Business Combination on July 9, 2021, assuming that Alussa receives shareholder approval at the special meeting to be held on June 30, 2021, and that following closing, the combined company's stock and warrants are expected to trade under the ticker symbol "FREY" and "FREY.WS", respectively. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

The press release is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 and will not be deemed to be filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), or otherwise be subject to the liabilities of that section, nor will it be deemed to be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act.
