Eric Bachellereau joins the Altran Group as Group Senior Vice-President, Human Resources

Eric Bachellereau will be joining the Altran Group as Group Senior Vice-President, Human Resources starting October 3rd. He will be in charge of defining and implementing HR aspects of the Altran 2020. Ignition strategic plan, as well as the "Engaged People" program, in an industry where employees' skills are a key competitive and differentiating factor. He will be responsible for bringing the Altran's HR function to a high level of excellence in order to support the transformation of the Group's business models. Eric Bachellereau will report to CEO Dominique Cerutti and will sit on Altran's Management Committee.

Prior to joining Altran, Eric Bachellereau was from 2010 onward, the Deputy Director of HR at the Veolia Group. In this capacity, he handled the management of top executives, compensation & benefits, international mobility as well as the Group's HR information systems. In addition, he served as Secretary of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors.

Eric Bachellereau's career began at Alcatel and GEC Alsthom, where he worked for 11 years. He then joined Thomson multimedia from 1999 until 2004, when he moved to Arcelor and spent two years as Executive Director in the Human Ressources department, in charge of developing executive management worldwide and of the Human Resources department for the Stainless Steel division. From 2005 to 2010, having been recalled by the Thomson Group to support Frank Dangeard, he worked as the Group's General Manager of Human Ressources. In March 2010, he founded RHD2, a company specialised in HR and sustainable development, before joining Veolia Environnement that same year.

Eric Bachellereau holds a degree in Social Sciences from the AMD Insead Business School and received auditor certification as an attendee of the 10th Cycle des Hautes Etudes pour le développement économique sponsored by the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance.
