Region Authority, it is noteworthy that the decision of the	ﺎﻬﺘﺌﻴﻬﺑ ﺓﺮﻗﻮﻤﻟﺍ ﺰﻴﻴﻤﺘﻟﺍ ﺔﻤﻜﺤﻣ ﺭﺍﺮﻗ ﺭﺪﺻ ﺪﻗ ﻪﻧﺍ ﻢﻠﻌﻟﺍ ﻯﺩﺮﻳ

was archived by the Court of Cassation on 4/28/2024 and	ﺔﻄﻠﺳ ﻡﺍﺰﻟﺍ ﻦﻤﻀﺘﻤﻟﺍ ﺰﻴﻤﻤﻟﺍ ﺭﺍﺮﻘﻟﺍ ﺪﻴﻳﺎﺗﻭ ﺰﻴﻴﻤﺘﻟﺍ ﺩﺮﺑ ﺔﺠﻴﺘﻨﻟﺍ
the judge in terms of the result Rejecting the cassation	ﻡﻮﺳﺮﻟﺍﻭ ﺭﺎﻨﻳﺩ (83456) ﻎﻠﺒﻣ ﻊﻓﺪﺑ ﺔﻳﺩﺎﺼﺘﻗﻻﺍ ﺔﺒﻘﻌﻟﺍ ﺔﻘﻄﻨﻣ
and upholding the distinguished decision that obligated	ﺖﻗﻮﻟﺍ ﺕﺍﺬﺑﻭ ,ﻒﻳﺭﺎﺼﻤﻟﺍ ﻞﻣﺎﻛﻭ ﻪﺑ ﻡﻮﻜﺤﻤﻟﺍ ﻎﻠﺒﻤﻟﺍ ﺩﻭﺪﺤﺑ
the Aqaba Economic Zone Authority to pay the amount of	.ﺭﺎﻨﻳﺩ (547) ﻎﻠﺒﻤﺑ ﺓﺎﻣﺎﺤﻤﻟﺍ ﺏﺎﻌﺗﺎﺑ ﻢﻬﻟ ﻢﻜﺤﻟﺍ
(83,456) dinars and fees within the amount ruled and the	ﻡﺍﺰﻟﺎﺑ ﺎﻴﻌﻄﻗ ﻢﻜﺤﻟﺍ ﺢﺒﺻﺍ ﻩﻼﻋﺍ ﻱﺰﻴﻴﻤﺘﻟﺍ ﺭﺍﺮﻘﻟﺍ ﺭﻭﺪﺼﺑ ﺚﻴﺣﻭ
.ﻩﻼﻋﺍ ﻪﻴﻟﺍ ﺭﺎﺸﻤﻟﺍ ﻎﻠﺒﻤﻟﺍ ﻊﻓﺪﺑ ﺔﻳﺩﺎﺼﺘﻗﻻﺍ ﺔﺒﻘﻌﻟﺍ ﺔﻘﻄﻨﻣ ﺔﻄﻠﺳ
full expenses, and at the same time ruling them legal fees
in the amount of (547) dinars. With the issuance of the
above discriminatory decision, the ruling became final
obligating the Aqaba Economic Zone Authority to pay the
amount referred to above.
