Deep within a basement, the four ?Sales Guys,? known for their frustrated attempts to foil Alltel's ?Chad? and its exclusive ?My Circle? calling feature, have created a secret lair to plot their devious activities - dubbed the ?Man Cave.? Visit www.officialmancave.com to learn more about their anti-Alltel motivations and frustrations, play games, watch videos and see them devise new schemes to combat the phones and services Alltel Wireless will unleash next, while exploring the personal lives that drive the quirky foursome.

The ?Man Cave? is also featured in television commercials airing nationally on outlets including VH1, ABC Family, Comedy Central, USA Network and more. The spots feature the ?Sales Guys? and highlight their mounting frustration around their inability to match the freedom and flexibility offered to customers by Chad and Alltel Wireless.

The ?Sales Guys? even look to the music world to vent their frustrations and describe in rhyme their loathing of Alltel. They've created a special MySpace page, www.wirelessthugz.com, where their imaginary alter-egos, the ?Wireless Thugz,? come to life. Visitors can add the ?Thugz? to their MySpace ?friends list? and watch their debut music video, ?Rollin In Da Man Van,? which they claim is the hottest single to ever hit the human realm.

?When we first learned about the ?Man Cave,' we were a little concerned. Of course, we understand the ?Sales Guys' frustration,? said Laura Cook, senior vice president of marketing communications for Alltel Wireless. ?However, to date, the guys haven't been successful in stopping Alltel from giving our customers the flexibility they want in their wireless experience.?

The expansive ?Man Cave? features distinct areas to explore, including the Man-lounge, Man-brary, Kitchen and Spy Wall.

  • The Man-lounge, a 1970's style den, features an interactive white-board for visitors to post their names and comments, as well as a telescope to spy on Chad in a nearby Alltel Wireless store.
  • The Man-brary features an eclectic assortment of books and magazines, a game of darts and a hidden entrance to the Phone Lab where the ?Sales Guys? dissect the latest Alltel phones and features, with hopes of copying Alltel's innovative, distinctive and award-winning offerings.
  • The Kitchen features a refrigerator with movable word poetry, a bikini-girl poster that comes to life, and a secret entrance to the Confessional, where the ?Sales Guys? privately speak about their feelings towards Chad, Alltel Wireless and each other.
  • The Spy Wall is where you meet Alice, the ?Man Cave's? resident guinea pig and where the guys track Alltel's latest activities.

While touring the site, savvy visitors are rewarded with bonus cards that provide additional content and unlock new areas. Stay tuned to www.officialmancave.com to catch the ?Sales Guys? in action and to see what's next in their never ending plight.
