Allegiance Corporation is a provider of healthcare products and services for hospitals and other healthcare providers. Allegiance's Custom-Sterile products and PBDS Pathways service provide customer-designated supplies prepackaged for specific procedures. The Convertors product line offers surgical drapes, gowns and apparel. The Company produces surgical and exam gloves made from natural rubber latex and synthetic materials. The Medi-Vac line consists of disposable suction canisters and liners, suction tubing and supporting hardware and accessories. Allegiance also manufactures and markets respiratory therapy products used to deliver oxygen and medication to patients with breathing disorders, urinary drainage catheters, and endotracheal tubes for respiration, anesthesia and other therapies. Allegiance's ValueLink inventory service provides deliveries of small quantities of products to hospitals and healthcare networks. Allegiance also offers consulting on a fee-for-service basis.
