Notice Concerning New Executives

ALBERT Inc. (hereafter "ALBERT") announced that the board of directors held today resolved to submit a proposal for the election of directors and alternate director to the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on August 27, 2021, as below.

(2) The reason of the election Masato Takamura

He has served as representative Director, Senior Executive Vice President of SBI holdings Inc., a capital and business alliance partner of ALBERT and as representative Director of SBI FINANCIAL SEVICES Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder of ALBERT. He is selected as a candidate for position of director because he has wealth experience and knowledge of management and is expected to contribute to ALBERT's management functions and improvement of corporate values.

Akihiro Tozawa

In addition to his knowledge as a legal expert, he has experience and achievement in compliance and governance at listed companies and is expected to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the ALBERT's internal control system.

• ALBERT plans to designate and file a notification as an independent director in accordance with the provisions of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
