Affluent Partners Holdings Limited Appoints Leung Ka Kui, Johnny as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Affluent Partners Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Leung Ka Kui, Johnny as an independent non-executive Director of the Company as well as a member of the audit committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee with effect from January 23, 2019. Mr. Leung has over 33 years of experience in legal field and is the senior partner of Messrs. Johnny K.K. Leung & Co., Solicitors & Notaries. Mr. Leung is currently an independent non-executive director of Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Limited, Ban Loong Holdings Limited and Asia Coal Limited, all of which are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited as well as Phoenitron Holdings Limited.
