AES Tietê Energia S.A. ("AES Tietê" or "Company") hereby informs that the minority shareholders represented by Gaspart Participações S.A. ("Gaspart") appointed for the positions of fiscal council's members of the Company the professionals appointed as follows, and their elections shall be decided at the next Annual and Special Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, to be held on April 20, 2017:

Lawyer and Partner of Gasparino, Sachet, Roman, Barros & Marchiori Office since 2009, specialized in tributary and societary law, is a fiscal board member certified by IBGC - Brazilian lnstitute of Corporate Governance, and was a legal manager at Brasil Telecom S/A, Grupo Coimex and Atacadão (Carrefour Group). He is member of legal commission of the IBGC. André was Board Member (Fiscal) of Tecnisa S.A. and AES Eletropaulo in 2012/2013. Is a board member (fiscal) of Eternit S.A. since 2013 and member of GGC - Corporate Governance Group André Eduardo Dantas has no criminal conviction, no conviction in CVM's administrative proceeding, nor final conviction at the judicial or administrative levels that has suspended or disabled her practice of professional or business activity of director or fiscal council's member at companies or for any related activity.

Corporate lawyer, acting in the representation of local and foreign investors (Proxy Voting) at general meetings of publicly-held companies, as well as receivables (Investment Funds, CRIs - Real Estate Receivables Certificates, CRAs - Agribusiness Receivables Certificates, etc.); Legal support for companies in procedures of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), in particular ICVM 561/15 (Distance Voting Bulletin). Partner of Gasparino, Sachet, Roman, Barros e Merchiori Sociedade de Advogados, specialized mainly in Tax and Corporate Law, focused on serving large companies in Brasília, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Florianópolis and Manaus, such as TIM, Shell , Cosan, Raízen, Vale, Videolar, Claro, NET, Embratel, Oi, Telemar and Vivo. Responsible for the coordination and management of clients of the State of São Paulo, Brazil. Practicing lawyer since 2008, graduated from the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - UNISUL, graduated from Faculdade Getúlio Vargas - FGV (GV Law) in Tax Law, with specialization in tax accounting. Alternate member of the Fiscal Council of Eletrobrás since 2016.
