Notification of Operating License Amendment Application
AEONIC Securities CIF Plc, following a relevant decision of its Board of Directors of November 10, 2022, today, November 11, 2022, submitted an application to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and requests the amendment of its license and the removal from it of investment services, which it no longer provides to its customers, of Reception and Transmission of orders and Execution of orders on behalf of clients as well as the removal of ancillary services of safekeeping and administrative management of financial instruments, including custody and related services, foreign exchange services as long as they are related to the provision of investment services as well as investment services and activities related to underlying derivative instruments.
The company, in the context of its operation as a licensed CIF, in accordance with its abovementioned application, intends to continue to provide the investment services of portfolio management and provision of investment advice as well as the ancillary services of providing advice to businesses and services related to underwriting.
