Acreage Holdings, Inc. Announces the Resignation of Larissa Herda as Director and as Member of the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee

On March 24, 2020, Larissa Herda resigned as a director of Acreage Holdings, Inc. and as a member of the Company's Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee, effective immediately. Ms. Herda's resignation was not the result of a disagreement between Ms. Herda and the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
