Further we wish to confirm that Mr. Vinay Tripathi (DIN: 02344536) and Mrs.

Rama Tripathi (DIN: 05133579) has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI or any other authority.

Pursuant to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, his brief profile is enclosed herewith.

The meeting of the board of directors of the Company commenced at 05:30 pm and concluded at 08:30 pm.
