Board Change

Accrol Group Holdings plc (AIM:ACRL) announces that James Flude has resigned as a director of Accrol with effect from 9 February 2018 and will leave the Company on that date to pursue other interests. In the intervening period, James will no longer be the Chief Financial Officer but will remain on the Board as an Executive Director.

The Board has commenced a search for a permanent replacement Chief Financial Officer. In the mean3me, Mar3n Leitch will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer but will remain on the operational board.
