A Brown Company, Inc. Announces Management Changes

The board of directors of A Brown Company, Inc. meeting held on December 20, 2018, appointed John L. Batac, Vice President of Construction and Development as Vice President of Construction and Development and Chief Operating Officer and appointed Paul Francis B. Juat as Vice President of the company, effective January 1, 2019. Likewise, the board of directors re-organized its different board committees, with the compensation committee and corporate culture & values formation committee being subsumed under the corporate governance committee. The following were likewise elected as members of the different committees: Executive committee: Walter W. Brown as chair and Robertino E. Pizarro, Annabelle P. Brown and Antonio S. Soriano as members; Audit committee: Elpidio M. Paras as Chair and Thomas G. Aquino and Antonio S. Soriano as members; Risk Committee: Thomas G. Aquino as Chair and Elpidio M. Paras and Antonio S. Soriano as members; Corporate Governance Committee: Elpidio M. Paras as Chair and Thomas G. Aquino, Annabelle P. Brown and Robertino E. Pizarro as members; Related party transaction committee: Thomas G. Aquino as Chair and Elpidio M. Paras and Joselito H. Sibayan as members.
