Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has chosen Lilie for its Sexual Health Service Clinical Management System.

The trust's Sexual Health Service currently delivers integrated sexual health care incorporating GU Medicine, HIV Medicine, Reproductive Healthcare and Chlamydia Screening. The East Berkshire service provides an open access, self-referral service and a specialist centre for complex sexual health needs referred by primary care. The service comprises a service in Slough and services in Maidenhead and Bracknell.

Lilie is 6PM's market-leading clinical management software for use by discrete or integrated Sexual Health and Contraceptive & Reproductive Health services. It enables instant communications between the service, laboratory and patient; records, retrieves and reports information with ease; and reduces time and cost with its efficient data management. The solution is being used in over 130 sites across the UK.

Lilie has the ability to hold a full electronic patient record and enables:

• Completely secure and auditable storage of electronic patient records;
• Effective electronic management of pathology processing including management of results and provision of texting results to patients;
• Electronic transfer of patient records from Clinics to central collection point via a hosted environment;
• Ability to meet all the clinical and contractual reporting requirements including the management of SHRAD, GUMCAD and HARS datasets.
