286 Lenox Partners LLC is organized for the sole purpose of acquiring a membership interest (Interest), in Regal 286 Lenox LLC (OpCo). OpCo's sole asset is a four-story basement building, which is occupied by one retail and two office tenants. OpCo's sole asset is an approximately 18,759 square foot mixed-use retail/office building, consisting of over three office floors and one retail floor (plus the basement) comprised of approximately 13,560 square feet of office space and over 5,200 square feet of retail space, located at New York. The Company is managed by Regal Capital Acquisitions LLC (Manager), which is also the manager of OpCo (OpCo Manager).
