This new cloud-based solution simplifies and standardizes the way rebate claims are requested, verified, and managed. The Enhanced Billback Solution is the latest addition to iTradeNetwork's comprehensive suite of optimization solutions that bring efficiency and improve the accuracy of data within the billions of transactions that occur between trading partners across the food industry every year.

The iTradeNetwork Enhanced Billback Solution helps manufacturers and distributors address the time-consuming and error-laden tasks associated with verifying rebate billback claims and payment accuracy.

The Enhanced Billback Solution:

  • Provides a simple and standards-based way for distributors and other buying organizations to electronically submit billback reports to manufacturers
  • Enables real-time synchronization with trading partner's product catalogs to ensure data accuracy and consistency

  • Provides the ability to compare contract terms and actual sales data so that discrepancies can be quickly identified and addressed

The new solution has been piloted with existing iTradeNetwork customers.
