LAS VEGAS, Feb. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- XLI Technologies, Inc. (OTC PINK: XLIT) (the "Company" or "XLI") is pleased to announce that they have entered into an agreement with a privately-held vertical hydroponic crop production company, JC Venture Enterprises LLC, utilizing Nanotechnology to create an edge in the future and advancement of the rapidly expanding vertical hydroponic crop production industry.

These Printed LightSheets create a 4' x 8' lightweight and flexible light source with higher efficiency than traditional LEDs. The Printed LightSheets feature 100% of light coverage, non toxic and energy efficient that generates no heat. Since the Printed LightSheet does not generate heat, it allows independently controlled heating. In the past, lights would generate heat and this would affect the minimum distance required above plants. By having the light and heat controlled separately, it allows for specific and isolated adjustments that have not been possible before. In some cases more brightness is needed but compromised because the light would generate too much heat. This solves a major issue for an industry that is experiencing rapid growth and advancement, reducing an operation's overall inputs and carbon footprint and creating a greener, healthier food product.

"Utilizing Nanotechnology Printed LightSheets to replace the expensive and traditional lighting not only is a less expensive alternative but is extremely customizable to many applications, allowing organically grown plants to remain organic without additional cost, enhancements, or unnatural techniques or substitution," stated James Schramm, Chairman and CEO of XLI Technologies.

Joseph Chiappetta, President and Founder of JC Venture Enterprises LLC stated, "We have confirmed with Mr. Schramm that the Printed LightSheets do have the specs we require. He suggested prior to placing our 300 unit order, that he send us a sample Printed LightSheet for us to do our own testing for our comfort level and to validate and confirm our required specs and usage. I see that Mr. Schramm is in this for the long haul. I am impressed that he is not about the quick sale but long term relationships and building a stable foundation and exciting future for XLI Technologies, my business and industry."

Schramm concluded, "Over the next few weeks, we anticipate Joseph's confirmation to move forward on our 300 unit order and to see how this can grow throughout the world turning into the next best thing in plant growth and the future of the vertical hydroponic crop production industry."

The Company anticipates making further announcements regarding this agreement and order as well as the product development, marketing, and sales as additional information becomes available.
