A total of 10,551 valid applications have been received pursuant to the Public Offer on WHITE and YELLOW Application Forms, and through giving electronic application instructions to HKSCC via CCASS and under the HK eIPO White Form for a total of 354,232,000 Public Offer Shares, equivalent to approximately 9.63 times of the total number of 36,800,000 Public Offer Shares initially available for subscription under the Public Offer. The final number of the Public Offer Shares is 36,800,000, representing approximately 10.0% of the total number of the Offer Shares available under the Share Offer.
