DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR IN RELATION TO MAJOR TRANSACTION

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE JOINT VENTURE COMPANY

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 11 August 2016 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to the provision of Corporate Guarantees in favor of the finance parties in the Facility Letters, which constitutes a major transaction of the Company under the Listing Rules. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular (the ''Circular'') containing, among other things, (i) further details of the provision of Corporate Guarantees; and (ii) other relevant information, including the financial information of the Group, will be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 1 September 2016.

As additional time is required to finalise certain information for inclusion in the Circular, the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to a date falling on or before 12 September 2016.
