The Suspected Fraudulent Website makes references to certain information of the Company including the Company's logo, names and biographical details of the Company's directors and senior management, the Group's history, the address and stock code of the Company, details of the businesses operated by the Company's subsidiaries, namely, VC Brokerage Limited, VC Capital Limited, VC Asset Management Limited and VC Futures Limited, and certain other information.
The Company wishes to clarify that it has no relation with the Suspected Fraudulent Website. The Company also wishes to clarify that it is not responsible for the information contained in nor has it authorized the use of its information in the Suspected Fraudulent Website.
The Company advises the public to check the URL of a website carefully when they land on a webpage from a link. Customers and members of the public are advised to take the utmost care in ensuring that their requests and correspondences are directed to the Company, and not to any e-mail or other addresses, or any telephone or fax numbers, specified in the Suspected Fraudulent Website.
