CES 2014, LVCC Central Hall Booth #10926 - Toshiba's Digital Products Division (DPD), a division of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., today announced its full lineup of 2014 Full HD LED televisions. Toshiba's TV lineup includes series with a variety of options and technologies in sizes ranging from 32 to 65 inches to meet all consumer needs.

"With our new 2014 TV line-up, Toshiba is clearly positioned to grow in a fast changing TV landscape," said Scott Ramirez, vice president of Product Marketing and Development, Visual Products, Toshiba America Information Systems, Digital Products Division. "We have focused our new series on specific consumer needs and want to ensure broad consumer appeal. And, we are proud to introduce our new Toshiba Radiance TM Full Array LED Panel to raise the bar for picture quality."

L7400U Series with Toshiba Radiance Panel

At the peak of the 2014 Full HD TV lineup, the Toshiba L7400U Series features the new Radiance Full Array LED panel incorporating Toshiba's own SuperBright LEDs with twice the brightness of a standard LED backlight system, Wide Color Gamut and Quantum Black TM Local Dimming to deliver significantly more dynamic images than ever before. It also includes the superior ClearScan® 240Hz refresh rate, so fast motion scenes in sports or action movies will stay crystal clear, and the CQ Dual + Single Core Engine for a high performance chassis. The L7400U Series matches great picture quality with great sound quality with the new Labyrinth TM Speaker System which increases sound pressure levels and bass response to deliver sound that is fuller and has more impact than most flat-panel TVs. DTS Premium Sound is added to create overall immersive sound experience. The incorporation of RVU technology makes this series DIRECTV® Ready, so now you don't need extra boxes in each room because DIRECTV is built in to the TV. With a DIRECTV Ready television, you can enjoy all the benefits of your Genie TM HD DVR without seeing additional equipment.

Offering a smarter connected experience, the L7400U Series features the premium Smart TV with Cloud Portal. Once fully implemented, this evolution of Cloud TV will provide enhanced graphics with 3D transitions and faster operation. Whether you want to connect to your favorite content (streaming from the Internet or your home network), mobile devices (with wireless display or Bluetooth) or people (with Toshiba's unique Personal Messaging, Photo Sharing or Family Calendar), Toshiba's Smart TV with Cloud Portal makes it fun, easy and simple.
