In comparison with October 2020, the value of construction put in place in November 2020 increased by 12.2%. This time it increased compared to the previous month after it had decreased during the previous month. In November 2020, the value of construction put in place on buildings increased at the monthly level by 5.0%; on residential buildings it went up by 5.9% and on non-residential buildings by 8.8%. The value of construction put in place on civil engineering increased by as much as 17.5%.

In comparison with November 2019, the value of construction put in place in November 2020 increased by 18.4%. At the annual level it increased for the fourth consecutive time (in September it was higher by 7.9% and in October by 0.5%). The value of construction put in place on civil engineering increased at the annual level by 26.4%. As regards buildings it went up by 2.5%; on residential buildings it went up by 37.0%, while on non-residential buildings it went down by 7.9%.

The value of construction put in place in the first eleven months of 2020 increased by 0.3% compared to the same period of the previous year. As regards civil engineering it went up by 2.4%, while as regards buildings it went down by 3.7%.
