The total number of road motor vehicles registered to the traffic reached 19 million 882 thousand 69 by the end of November. Within the total, cars represented 52.9%, followed by small trucks 16.3%, motorcycles 14.8%, tractors 8.5%, trucks 4%, minibuses 2.2%, buses 1.1% and special purpose vehicles 0.2%.

In November, 96 956 road motor vehicle registrations were recorded

Of these 96 thousand 956 vehicle registrations in November, cars accounted for 58.1%, followed by small trucks 18%, motorcycles 10.1% and tractors 7.3%. Minibuses, buses, trucks and special purpose vehicles constituted 6.5% of new registrations.

The number of road motor vehicles registrations increased by 14.2% compared with the previous month

In November, the number of road motor vehicle registrations increased by 14.2% compared with October. Cars, buses, small trucks and trucks increased by 24%, 18%, 21.3%, and 5.1% respectively. Minibuses, motorcycles, special purpose vehicles and tractors decreased by 9.9%, 15.6%, 3.9% and 2.6%.

In the period of January-November, the total number of road motor vehicles in traffic increased by 1 053 348

While 93 thousand 630 road motor vehicles were withdrawn, 1 million 146 thousand 978 road motor vehicles were registered in January-November. Hence, the total number of road motor vehicles registered increased by 1 million 53 thousand 348.

571 180 road motor vehicles handed over in November

Among 571 thousand 180 vehicles handed over, cars accounted for 69.6% followed by small trucks 16.3%, motorcycles 4.2% and tractors 4.1%. Minibuses, buses, trucks and special purpose vehicles constituted 5.8% of the handed over motor vehicles in November.

The ratio of cars registered using LPG was 40.5%

At the end of November, among 10 million 509 thousand 258 registered cars, the share of LPG-fuelled cars was 40.5% followed by diesel-fuelled cars with 31.4% and gasoline-fuelled cars with 27.7%. The ratio of the cars with unknown fuel type was 0.4%.

In November, 56 326 cars were registered to the traffic

In terms of the distribution of trademarks for the 56 thousand 326 new registered cars in November, Renault recorded 13.1%, Volkswagen 12.1%, Opel 7.4%, Hyundai 6.8%, Fiat 6.6%, Toyota 6.3%, Ford 6.2%, BMW 5.6%, Mercedes-Benz 4.9%, Dacia 4.6% and the other trademarks 26.4% of the total.

Most frequent engine size was 1501-1600 for registered cars

Within 664 thousand 267 cars registered to traffic in January-November period, 40.3% of them had engine size 1501-1600, 22.8% had 1401-1500, 17.2% had 1300 or less, 14.4% had 1301-1400, 3.6% had 1601-2000, 1.6% had 2001 and above engine size. The share of cars with unknown engine size was 0.1%.

Most frequent colour was white for registered cars

Within 664 thousand 267 cars registered to traffic in January-November period, 63.3% of them were white, 15% were grey, 9.1% were black, 5.6% were red and 7% were in other colours.
