JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South Africa's net foreign reserves rose to $52.054 billion in December from $51.257 billion in November, the Reserve Bank said on Friday.
Gross reserves rose to $55.013 billion in December from $53.760 billion the prior month. The forward position, which represents the central bank's unsettled or swap transactions, fell to $3.773 billion from $4.648 billion.
