and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1993 and later became a Director

and Chief Executive Officer of a company listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities

Berhad with regional operations, before returning to private practice in law.

From September 2005 to February 2009, he was the Chief Operating Officer of a

company listed on Singapore Exchange Limited and was seconded as the Chief

Executive Officer of a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
