Regis Property Management, LLC leased over eight hundred thousand square feet for the second half of 2014. These leases were achieved with new and renewing tenants representing over $35 million in gross effective rent.

One of Regis’s most significant transactions was Softlayer Technologies, Inc.’s move to over 120,000 square feet of space in Stanford Corporate Center. The deal was brokered by CBRE and Scott Porter, Regis Senior Vice President of Leasing.

Other new and renewed tenants include Pacific Union Financial, Roosevelt Management Company, Remington Hotel, Hausbeck Pickle Company, and Bryce Corporation.
