RELEASE: Khanna, Pelosi Announce Super Bowl Wager with Cleaver

WASHINGTON, DC - Today, Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) and Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) announced the details of two friendly wagers with Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) over Super Bowl LIV between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. Rep. Khanna has offered a basket of Ghirardelli chocolates, Rep. Cleaver has wagered some world-famous Kansas City barbecue and Russell Stover chocolates, and the Speaker has wagered a selection of California delicacies, including See's Candies, Ghirardelli Chocolate, walnuts and pistachios.

'Looking forward to watching our 49ers sail to victory this Sunday against the Chiefs,' said Rep. Ro Khanna. 'Proud to represent such a strong, smart team from the heart of Silicon Valley. I hope Rep. Cleaver is ready to send over some sweet chocolates.'
