Harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w 2018 roku // Timetable for publication of interim reports in 2018

Zarząd Planet Innovation Group S.A. ('Emitent') z siedzibą w Rzeszowie informuje o harmonogramie przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2018 roku.

Raporty kwartalne będą przekazywane w formie raportów bieżących w systemie EBI w następujących terminach:

- raport za IV kwartał 2017 roku, dnia 13 lutego 2018 roku,

- raport za I kwartał 2018 roku, dnia 12 maja 2018 roku,

- raport za II kwartał 2018 roku, dnia 11 sierpnia 2018 roku,

- raport za III kwartał 2018 roku, dnia 13 listopada 2018 roku.

- raport za rok 2017 zostanie opublikowany dnia 31 maja 2018 roku.

Ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami Regulaminu ASO.

Podstawa Prawna:

§ 6 p. 14.1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu 'Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect.'

The Board of Planet Innovation Group SA ('Issuer') seated in Rzeszów announces the schedule of submission of periodic reports in 2018.

Quarterly reports will be submitted in the form of current reports in EBI system on the following dates:

- Report for the fourth quarter of 2017 of 13th February 2018,

- Report for the first quarter of 2018 on 12th May 2018,

- Report for the second quarter of 2018 on 11th August 2018,

- Report for the third quarter of 2018 of 13th November 2018,

- Report for the year 2017 will be published on 31st May 2018.

Any change to the dates of submitting periodic reports will be announced in a current report in accordance with the provisions of the ASO Rules.
