PESA Petroleum Equipment & Services Association : Announcing the 2020 Inclusion & Diversity Business Program Graduates

The PESA I&D Engagement Committee is pleased to announce the 2020 Inclusion & Diversity Business Champion Program Graduates. Thank you to our sponsors: Accenture, Baker Hughes, Exterran, Heidrick & Struggles, and Preng & Associates.

The inaugural class of PESA's I&D program brought together industry leaders and experts to provide tools for a cross-functional cohort to affect internal change, focusing on building internal organization capability of inclusion and diversity.

Participants explored the business case for inclusion and diversity, company culture, unconscious bias, talent pipeline and retention, and how to build and sustain an I&D program. Executive sponsors worked with participants to achieve executive-level buy-in and helped participants develop targeted action plans to build momentum for change within their companies.

PESA also expanded the curriculum to include racial equality, putting PESA at the forefront of an important topic and in the unique position to make a significant impact in oil and gas.
