Opening of New Branches

As reported in its press release dated October 28, 2011, Ichiyoshi Securities Co., Ltd. (the "Company") is scheduled to merge with Ise Securities Co., Ltd. ("Ise") (headquartered at Ise City, Mie Prefecture) effective on February 6, 2012. Concurrently with the merger, Ichiyoshi will transform the headquarters and three sub-branches of Ise into four branches of Ichiyoshi effective as of the same day. After the opening of these new branches, the number of Ichiyoshi's offices, branches and sub-branches will become 47 in total.
Ichiyoshi will continue to operate locally-focused activities at each of its branches with its motto of becoming a "name-brand boutique house" in finance and securities.
