On January 7, 2017 the New York State Police in New Scotland Arrested Jacob W. Harbeck, 17, of Feura Bush, N.Y. for Criminal Possession of Metal Knuckles and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Subsequent to a traffic stop on Indian Fields Road in the Town of New Scotland. Harbeck was found to be in possession of the metal knuckles and an amount of Marihuana. Harbeck was processed for the Misdemeanor and the violation without incident and is scheduled to appear in the Town of New Scotland Court on 01/26/2017 at 5:00pm.
