WHAT:
The National Transportation Safety Board will meet Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017, to determine the probable cause of the derailment of a train carrying crude oil in Casselton, North Dakota, Dec. 30, 2013. The accident caused approximately 476,000 gallons of oil to spill and burn and forced the evacuation of more than 1,400 area residents.
