NOC National Oil : Azzawiya Oil Refining Company...Supply and install of Automatic Seamer for 4 Liter Cans

AZZAWIYA OIL REFINING COMPANY intends to issue the above tender and wish to invite interested, experienced and reputable Companies, for supply and install two automatic seamer machines for 4 liter oil cans on the existing lube oil plant( 1 EA) to seam the bottom of the cans & (1 EA) to seam the top of the cans including spare parts for two years, site installation , commissioning and test run , design and detailed engineering , as well as On-site training of ARC personnel, on maintenance and operation ( see Paragraph-7 Brief description), Depending on the following conditions :

1- ITB documents to be transferred by e-mail to the vendors that accepted to participate within 21 days from date of issuing this announcement via ARC website , NOC website and Libyan investment website provided that paying a non-refundable amount equal to 500 USD or equivalent through one of our below accounts:

2- Please submit the payment receipt along with an official evidence that the company is Specialized in the manufacture or supply of machines required, and has sufficient experience in it, via our email [e-mail].

3- Payment Termswill be Net 30 days from receipt of full supported documents / Cash Against Documents /Irrevocable Confirmed Letter Of Credit (( 70% of total amount to be paid against shipping documents and 30% against issuing of final completion installation and startup)) in one of the previous methods.

4- The refundable bid bond( sum of 10,000.00 USD ) must be submitted alongside with the offers as per bid bond form (will be attached with ITB documents ) , note that quotations without bid bond will be ignored .

5- Performance bond: Vendor should present in his quotation a performance bond equal to 10% of the total amount of the offer and undertakes to issue this bond within 30 days of being informed of the decision of placing of order in form of LC as per Performance bond form (will be attached with ITB documents ), valid for the duration of warranty period .

6- Warranty period: the requested machines should be guaranteed by supplier for a period of 12 months started from date of successful commissioning and pre-commissioning.

7- Specification of the machines:

Automatic seamer mod CFT 2000/1Q max output 45-50cpm automatic cans feeding with synchronization timing-screw. Ends feeding from both sides : right and left, allowing 1 single operator to handle 2 machines . (new) rotative clincher by guides andinverted ramp to smoothly feed the ends press the overfilled , products (max.10-20mm),center and clinch bodies &ends.
