Adjournment of EGM
NEXTDC Limited (ASX: NXT) ("NEXTDC" or "the Company") refers to its Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum calling an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of members of the Asia Pacific Data Centre Trust ("APDC Trust") to vote on an extraordinary resolution to wind-up the ADPC Trust ("Resolution") on 31 January 2018, and the legal proceedings commenced by 360 Capital FM Limited ("360 FM") on 24 January 2018 to determine its eligibility to vote on the Resolution (the "Legal Proceedings").
The Supreme Court of New South Wales, which is hearing the Legal Proceedings, has issued orders noting that the parties have undertaken to the Court that the EGM be adjourned until the Legal Proceedings have been determined by court judgment at first instance or are otherwise settled.
NEXTDC will update investors of the date on which the adjourned meeting will be resumed once that date is known. The vote on the Resolution will be held at the resumed meeting.
