Minister of Foreign Affairs Receives Telephone Call from UK Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received a telephone call from U.K. Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Philip Hammond, during which they reviewed prospects of the distinguished historic bilateral relations between the two friendly Kingdoms and peoples at all levels.

They also discussed ways of coordinating stances vis-à-vis regional and global issues to underpin regional security and stability and help the region confront the various challenges it is going through, topped by terrorism of all forms.

The conversation touched on the latest developments in the region and issues of common concern.
