The World Economic Forum in Davos has Sexual Harassment as one of its basic themes for the conference. The American Management Association (AMA) recently completed a survey of more than 3,200 business professionals producing startling results (sent upon request). Manny Avramidis, President and CEO of the AMA is available to share his expertise on how to avoid sexual harassment in any business environment and if confronted with the problem, what to do next.

Manny, and AMA’s Chief Human Resources Officer Barbara Zung, are willing to disclose the findings of the AMA survey, as well as provide their recommendations for business relating to sexual harassment.

If you would like to schedule an interview or have this AMA perspective on your program, contact:

Fred Bona, The Dilenschneider Group, at 973-886-2395 or via email fbona@dgi-nyc.com.

  • Manny is an expert on the topic having spent his entire career in human resources dealing with it. He knows the problem, causes, remedies, etc.
  • AMA can tell how one can detect a possible sexual offender in a job interview.
  • AMA can discuss how employers can discover sexual predators who are already working for a company.
  • AMA can answer the question if corporate sexual harassment training is so effective, why so many offenders.

AMA can help organizations create a workplace that is fair and civil for all.
