MGE Energy's recent partnership with Computershare, a global leader in the stock transfer agent industry, provides shareholders best-in-class technology solutions.
Investor Center is Computershare's secure website offering a number of features that make it quick and easy for shareholders to manage their portfolio. Through enhanced account security and a simplified navigation system, account holders are able to monitor investments, buy, sell or transfer shares, view and print statements, and track dividends and payments. In addition, shareholders are able to update personal information, including address, bank details, plan participation and more.
Available assistance
Investor Center also includes a comprehensive help section that provides online support tools and Penny, a virtual agent that can help answer questions. Additional help can be requested through an online chat service available weekdays between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. MGE Energy's Shareholder Services staff is also available to provide personal service at our Madison, Wis., office.
