Brent L. Mills, Esq. is a Managing Director and General Counsel to MACCO, resident in Oklahoma comprising both Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices. He is a licensed attorney with over 30 years of transactional, M&A, divestiture, and investment banking experience, with significant debt restructuring. Brent provides perspective, leadership, and invaluable expertise to the challenge of advising companies in operational or financial peril and profit improvement.
